Covering over 75 acres of beautiful grasslands, the Gold Coast Regional Botanic Gardens are a must see for tourists and locals alike. The gardens themselves are beautiful, but they also offer a spectacular view of the nearby Gold Coast Hinterland.

The gardens are fun for the whole family. Kids can get up and close with the many beautiful butterfly species in the Butterfly Garden, smell the different varieties of roses in the Rose Garden and get up and close with various species of unique plants in the Sensory Garden.

Stroll along the board walk and keep and eye out for the many birds that call the lake home. There is also a children’s playground on site, perfect for all ages, as well as a cafe on site which sells delicious organic coffee, snacks and ice-creams.
