Cbus Super Stadium is a 25,000 seat facility which is located in the heart of Gold Coast. There are a variety of events hosted at this stadium all throughout the year, but this venue is most utilised for NRL matches.
Being the home to the Gold Coast Titans rugby team, the Cbus Super Stadium hosts around 24 matches each year.

Food and beverages are able to be purchased from inside the stadiums 24 permanent food outlets including pies, hot dogs, chips, ice creams and chocolates. Alcoholic beverages are also able to be purchased from licenced stalls inside the stadium, but outside alcohol is not permitted to be brought in to the stadium.
Getting to the Cbus Super Stadium is easy as the stadium is located in the suburb of Robina , right next to Robina railway station. As there is no public parking available at Cbus Super Stadium spectators are best advised to utilise the public transport options to get to and from the stadium. What’s better, public transport is FREE upon presentation of your ticket to the stadium on game day.

You are correct that there in fact a shuttle bus that runs from outside Pacific Fair to the stadium according to https://www.cbussuperstadium.com.au/getting-here.aspx
Looking at the website, it states “Public Transport is the best way to get to Cbus Super Stadium and is included FREE with your ticket on all Surfside Busline services, Queensland Rail City Network trains and G:Link services from four hours prior to the main event until four hours post the end of the event”.
Furthermore, it mentions that “Free event shuttle buses run from nominated Park and Ride locations throughout the Gold Coast. Shuttles commence 20 minutes prior to Gates Open up until Kick-Off. Shuttles will return their original departure locations for up to 60 minutes at the conclusion of the event”.

I can not locate these seats on venue map

Based on the fact you mention “GA”, it sounds like you bought general admission tickets, and therefore you don’t have allocated seats.
There isn’t too much information on where these seats are or what stands you have access to, but i found this old map which may still be applicable on where you can sit.

As with all general admission, the earlier you get there, the better chance you will end up with better seats. Gates open at 4pm and kick off is at 5:30pm.
